Resort Data Only:
The App downloads ski resort opening dates from our server so it can show accurate countdowns. These requests contain no information that identifies you.

Your favorite resorts, filters, widget choices, and app icon choice are saved only on your device. They are never sent to us.

2. How Your Information Is Used
We collect no personal data, so there is no personal information to use. Resort data is used only to show countdowns in the App and its widgets, including on the Lock Screen and in CarPlay.
3. Sharing Your Information
First Chair does not share or sell personal information to anyone, because it doesn't collect any. Resort data is delivered through Cloudflare, our hosting provider. Like any web service, Cloudflare briefly handles standard network information, such as your IP address, to deliver the data. We do not use this information to identify or track you.
4. Data Security
First Chair does not collect or store your personal data, so there is no personal data for us to secure. Resort data is delivered over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. We recommend standard security measures for your device.
5. Data Retention
The App does not store personal data. Resort information is refreshed from our server as needed, and your preferences stay on your device until you delete the App.
6. Your Rights
You are in full control. Deleting the App at any time removes all of its data from your device, including favorites and settings.
7. Children's Privacy
The App collects no personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
